The project is limited to 1 encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion fromunnamed tributaries a spring to Canon Creek within the Mad River Watershed. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Water will be diverted to parcel APN 313-112-012 from adjacent Assessor’s Parcel Number 313-112-010-000. No appropriative water right on file. The Mad River is a seasonally fully appropriated during summer months from May 15 – October 31. Water diversion for domestic use year-round. Permittee shall implement Seasonal Diversion Minimization: 400gallons per day from May 15 – October 31, and provide 80% bypass at all times.
