Document Description
The project is limited to 3 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Thompson Creek. Water is diverted to storage for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. A second encroachment is to place a 45 foot flat car bridge across Thompson Creek to decommission a wet ford impacting fish and wildlife resources. A third encroachment is to replace a shot-gunned 18 inch culvert with a new minimum 18 inch culvert on a pond that will be appropriately aligned with a stream channel. The Permittee has disclosed an on stream pond not being used that requires no project, a well to be used for cannabis cultivation use, and a properly functioning 18 inch ditch relief culvert. Work for the projects will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure
