Document Description
The project is limited to three encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Dean Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. A second encroachment is proposed for water diversion from an existing pond. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The third proposed encroachment will upgrade failing and undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of a failing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culverts backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
