The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0068-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Iris Carpenter. The project consists of 7 encroachment(s) (projects): Two projects are for water diversion from a stream. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. One project is to decommission a cannabis site on/adjacent to two streams. Work includes removal of cultivation materials and restoration of site. Two projects are for culvert maintenance, work includes debris removal. One project is for installation of a rocked ford. Work includes excavation and placement of rock to prevent erosion. One project is for stream channel restoration and culvert installation. Work includes, excavation, culvert replacement, culvert, backfilling, compaction, and rock armoring.
