- This Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a desk review without a CDFW site inspection. The project is limited to 6 encroachments. The 6 proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Off parcel point of diversion from a spring. Water Board application # S026209 registered to John Stock located on APN 220-261-025 for domestic use only. Spring information contained in notification named in Exhibit B of the Provisional Zoning Clearance Certificates, ZCC17-016 APNs 220-261-006 and ZCC17-017 220-261-007 for a domestic use only. Owner must Notify separately or provide a major amendment to CDFW for the point of diversion to be covered. No diversion authorized under this Agreement.
