The project consists of X encroachment(s): The project is limited to five encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Windy Creek. Water diversion for irrigation is confined to the period from October 31 to May 15; the Notification proposes year-round water diversion for future domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include upgrades to, and use and maintenance of, the water diversion infrastructure. The four other proposed encroachments are to upgrade and maintain stream crossings.
