- The project is limited to 1 encroachment to upgrade the crossing to an appropriately designed and sized culvert for a permanent access road. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing crossing, replacement with a new properly designed and sized crossing, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The Permittee will hydrologically disconnect the road from the stream. The Notification discloses the crossing on the neighbor’s parcel APN # 223-073-011-00. No water sources were disclosed, and the exact project location was not disclosed or depicted on any maps. This Agreement does not retroactively permit any stream crossings, water diversions or other encroachments.
