Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0216-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Blase Bonpane. The project consists of two encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to the North Fork Mattole River. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include facility retrofit, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. One encroachment is to remove an unused/abandoned culvert road stream crossing from a Class Ill stream. Work for this encroachment will include excavation of fill material, culvert removal, recontouring of the streambed and bank to match up and downstream gradient and implementation of erosion control best management practices.
