- The project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from South Fork Bear Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The one other proposed encroachment is to maintain a rail flat car bridge over a Stream. Work for the second encroachment will include periodically clearing large woody debris wracked from bridge structures to downstream instream location.
