Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife has executed LSAA number EPIMS-HUM-05703-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tara McKnight. The project consists of six encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to Bridge Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for this diversion will include retrofit, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. One encroachment is for a culvert upgrade. Work includes excavation, culvert removal/replacement, backfilling/compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Two encroachments are to rock armor the outfall of two existing culverts located on a Class II stream. One encroachment is to decommission a ford crossing on a Class I stream. Work includes road recontouring and riparian restoration. One encroachment is for riparian restoration. Work includes revegetation of approximately 250' of riparian zone with locally-sourced native riparian plant species.
