Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0594-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Allison Rivas. The project includes sixteen encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Elk Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The fifteen other proposed encroachments are to upgrade stream crossings, improve ponds, and remediate a Class II stream impacted by unpermitted activity. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, revegetation, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
