- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0927-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Michael Benson. The project consists of 3 encroachment(s): One encroachment is for water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to Salmon Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include facility retrofit, use, and maintenance of the diversion infrastructure. One encroachment is to upgrade a culvert road stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the culvert, replacement with new culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One encroachment is to modify a onstream pond spillway. Work for this will include, excavation, removal of plastic pipe, recontouring, and rock armoring to minimize erosion.
