Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment (Table 1) for an existing bridge crossing and necessary maintenance to road approaches to eliminate sediment delivery to the stream. No additional work affecting the stream bed, bank or channel is authorized by this Agreement. If maintenance, such as armoring or placement of rock slope protection become necessary, that work must be covered by a major amendment or a separate Notification.
