Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0096-R 1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Trent Sanders. The project consists of six encroachment(s): Two encroachments consists of additional analysis of existing culvert road stream crossings. Work for these encroachments includes an additional assessment by a professional engineer that may result in a major amendment of this Agreement for additional project work. One encroachment is to maintain a previously unpermitted culvert road stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include vegetation management at the culvert inlet and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion at the outlet. Three other proposed encroachments are to install rock armored stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
