- Document Description
- The project is limited to five encroachments (Table 1). Work for the five encroachments occurred in violation of FGC section 1602 in approximately the year 2017. The Permittee has Notified the Department to remedy the 1602 violations. One encroachment is for removal of prior water diversion infrastructure from unnamed tributaries to Basin Creek. The second proposed encroachment is to install an overflow culvert for the pond and armor outlet pond. The other three proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
