Project consists of 3 encroachment(s). One encroachment is for upgrading a concrete culvert on a class III stream from a 12 inch to an 18 inch diameter. A second encroachment is for upgrading a concrete culvert on a class III stream from an 8 inch to an 18 inch diameter. A third encroachment is for upgrading a concrete culvert on a class III stream from 8 inch to a 18 inch diameter. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and any necessary rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. All crossings are located on a low aspect low elevation site that has historically been utilized for livestock grazing.
