Document Description
This Agreement relies on the Notification materials a desk review without a CDFW site inspection. The project is limited to three encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed tributary to China Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use only. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The two other proposed encroachments are to upgrade a failing and undersized stream crossing and to place appropriately sized rock at inlets and outlets for the second stream crossing. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
