Document Description
This Agreement relies on the Notification materials and a desk review without a CDFW site inspection. The project is limited to two (2) encroachments (Table 1) to upgrade failing stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of a failing culvert and ford, replacement with new properly constructed rock fords, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Crossing #2 also involves the restoration of a stream channel as prescribed by the geologist's report. See NOD for Full Details.
