- The project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to the North Fork of Bear Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Irrigation water on the parcel has been disclosed to be derived from rainwater catchment. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Permittee has disclosed existing culverts on stream crossings that are not part of this Agreement. The stream crossing shall be evaluated by CDFW during a site inspection, and if determined that instream work is necessary, the Permittee shall notify for the stream crossing. In the event any work to maintain, repair or reconstruct the crossing is deemed necessary prior to a CDFW inspection, Permittee shall Notify CDFW (amendment or new Notification) prior to.
