- The project is limited to one (1) encroachment (Table 1) to remove an undersized culvert and restore the stream channel. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, and setting back the slope to restore the stream channel. The Notification discloses a water well located at Lat/Long 39.3662, -123.2536. This well is presented as the sole source of water for all needs on the property. CDFW did not evaluate hydraulic connection of the well to surface water, nor was a hydrogeologic evaluation prepared by a licensed geologist provided for CDFW review. The Notification discloses a spring and pool within a stream that shall be evaluated during a CDFW site inspection. If work is deemed necessary, then the Permittee may be required to notify. No water diversion is authorized from this spring. No other projects that may be subject to FGC section 1602 were disclosed. This Agreement does not retroactively permit any stream crossings, water diversions or other encroachments not described in Table 1 .
