- Document Description
- The project is limited to two encroachments {Table 1). One proposed encroachment shall upgrade failing and undersized spring crossing infrastructure. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of failing culverts, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Another proposed encroachment shall involve the removal of a greenhouse from the riparian area of a steep stream corridor. Work for this encroachment will involve the careful dismantling of the structure and any associated materials, and the revegetation of the disturbed area with appropriate native vegetation.
