Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0148-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sean Stamm. The project consists of 3 encroachment(s): One encroachment is to decommission a water diversion from an Unnamed Tributary to Dry Creek. Work will include removal of diversion infrastructure. One encroachment is to replace an undersized culvert. Work will include excavation removal of an existing undersized culvert, replacement with a properly sized culvert, backfilling, compaction of fill, and rock armoring to prevent erosion. One encroachment is for rock armoring the channel, both upstream and downstream of a culvert. Work for this encroachment will include maintenance of the crossing infrastructure.
