Document Description
The project is limited to six encroachments on unnamed tributaries to Powers Creek (Table 1 ). One encroachment is for water diversion for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include replacement, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The three encroachments are to upgrade or decommission stream crossings. Work will include some or all of the following: excavation, culvert removal , culvert replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The other encroachment is to remediate sediment discharge to a spring from unpermitted grading and storm water runoff. Work will include removal and properly spoil unstable fill material and revegetation of the riparian zone.
