Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0864-R 1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Milojkovic Rados. The project consists of six encroachment(s): Four encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, back-filling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One encroachment is to maintain a rocked ford crossing. Work for this encroachment will include rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One encroachment is to install a French drain at the base of a graded cut bank that will direct water towards the head of a Class Ill watercourse, the natural flow path. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, back-filling and compaction of fill.
