The project is limited to two encroachments. The first proposed encroachment will upgrade a pond spillway (40.443187 N, 123.68005 W). The second proposed encroachment will decommission a road/stream crossing and remove an existing 24' diameter culvert (40.44319 N, 123.67260 W). Work for these encroachments will include excavation, backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
