Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with a culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The last encroachment will decommission a road that utilizes two wet ford crossings. The road is poorly located and delivered sediment to waters of the state on each vehicle pass.
