- The project consists of X encroachment(s): The project is limited to one encroachment (Table 1). The encroachment is to upgrade a stream crossing that was installed without 1602 notification and does not meet current standards. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culverts, replacement with a new stream crossing, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
