The project is limited to 2 encroachments (Table 1). One encroachments is for removing an unpermitted surface water diversion, including the removal of all infrastructure associated with the diversion facility, irrigation lines and storage tanks located next to the stream. Water diversion is not authorized by this Agreement and Permittee discloses that the source of domestic and irrigation water is the Willow Creek Community Service District. The other encroachment is to retroactively permit a culvert on a seasonal stream; the culvert is functioning and shall be monitored to ensure proper function.
