The project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Little Larabee Creek. Water is gravity fed to storage for domestic household use and cannabis cultivation. A second diversion is to replace an existing 16-inch culvert with a minimum 26 inch culvert. Work for the water diversion and culvert will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure.
