Document Description
The project is limited to three encroachments. The first encroachment is a water diversion from a spring. Water is diverted for cannabis cultivation irrigation and domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The two other proposed encroachments are to conduct work on existing culverts. Work for these encroachments will include the clearing of inlets and outlets as well as the installation of rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
