Document Description
The project consists of 3 encroachment(s): The first encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Basin Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation into a rain catchment pond. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The second encroachment includes the decommissioning of an existing 18" CCP culvert that transitions into a 24" CMP culvert on a Class Ill watercourse. The third encroachment includes reconstructing an existing rock ford on a Class II watercourse with larger diameter washed rock. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
