- Project consists of 2 encroachment(s): Both encroachments are for water diversion from an unnamed spring sourced tributary to Tom Long Creek with an estimated 10 gallons per minute flow. Both diversions are from cisterns that have been in place for greater than 20 years. POD is located at the head of a spring and POD 2 is immediately adjacent and alongside the stream channel. Water is diverted exclusively for domestic use for a family of five living at the site. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
