The culvert installation project includes a minimum 24-inch diameter and 30-foot long culvert Installed at a previously unimproved stream crossing site. To facilitate the installation of the new culvert, approximately 40 cubic yards of fill w!II be excavated. The Notification also discloses the use of a well and a 45,000 gallon rain catchment pond
