- The project consists of 3 encroachment{s): One encroachment Is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Little Larabee Creek. Water Is diverted for domestic use and Irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include Installation, use, and maintenance of the water diversion Infrastructure. The second proposed encroachment will upgrade a failing and undersized culvert. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts (2 x 24" diameter), replacement with a new properly sized culvert (1 X 54" diameter), backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The third proposed encroachment will be to construct a pond spillway that can pass a 100 year flood event. Bypass flow through the pond will also be required as part of this project.
