- The project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed spring that is tributary to Kinsey Creek. Water is diverted and stored for domestic household and cannabis irrigation use. A second encroachment is to install a minimum 18 inch culvert on an unnamed class III watercourse. Work for the water diversion and watercourse crossing will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure. Work for the crossing encroachment will include excavation, removal of placement of culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
