Document Description
The project is limited to one 91) encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion from Miller Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. The POD is stated to be a 4-foot diameter by 10-foot deep concrete cistern located on the western bank of Miller Creek. Water is pumped up hill to storage site via electric pump. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
