Document Description
The project is limited to four encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from unnamed tributaries to Dean Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use, irrigation and fire protection. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The second encroachment is to upgrade a failing and undersized pond spillway culvert. Work for this encorachment will include excavation, removl of failing culvert, replacement with new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The thurd and fourth encroachments are to remove two stream crossings and re-contour the area to match the natural hillslope contours and drainage patterns. The Permittee has disclosed a water well located at approx. 40.1128, -123. 7281 and a French drain adjacent to the residence and shop building at approx. 40.1137, -123. 7278.
