- The project is limited to seven encroachments. One encroachments is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Mason Gulch. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will iclude use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The six other proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized culverts, and to improve the spillway at an existing pond. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removla of the failing culverts, replacement with new property sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
