Document Description
The project is limited to four encroachments to unnnamed tributaries to the Mattole River. One encroachment is for water diversion for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include replacement of the existing structure and use and maintenance of the new water diversion infrastructure. The other encroachments are to upgrade three existing culverts. Work will include excavation, culvert removal, and replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
