Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment for retroactively permitting an existing footbridge and support infrastructure, including bridge abutments within the streambed. Permittee shall monitor the bridge and support infrastructure for signs of failure that may result in sediment discharge or a fish passage barrier. Permittee shall seek an amendment to this Agreement should work be deemed necessary by CDFW to prevent adverse impacts to fish and wildlife.
