- The project is limited to 5 encroachments. One encroachment is for maintaining an existing bridge over Miller Creek. A second and third encroachment is to replace undersized 12-inch culverts with a minimum of 24 inch culverts. A fourth encroachment is to rock armor the spillway of an existing pond. A fifth encroachment is for a water diversion from a spring to storage for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. Work for the projects will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
