Document Description
The project consists of 2 encroachments. The project is limited to two encroachments. First proposed encroachment is to install a rock ford with armored fill stream crossing. Work for these encroachments will include excavation of fill material, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with new rock armored ford, and rock armoring necessary to minimize erosion. Additionally, the Permittee has disclsoed an 8-foot deep shallow well located at 40.596165, -123.683132 which is approx. 175 feet away from the nearest stream. The Permittee has also disclosed plans to build a 500,000 gallon rain water catchment pond at approx. 40.5950, -123.6835. No other water sources were disclosed for this parcel.
