The project is limited to six encroachments. The six proposed encroachments are to improve one road/stream crossig, to decommission three road/stream crossings, and to remove an onstream pond constructed without permits. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, installation of water bars, channel shaping, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
