Document Description
The project is limited to eight encroachments on unnamed tributaries to Mill Creek. two encroachments are for water diversion for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversions will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The six other encroachments are to upgrade or rock armor existing stream crossings. Three projects are to upgrade undersized culverts. Work will include excavation, culvert removal and replacement, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One project is for the placement of additional rock armor at the culvert outlet. The other two projects are to upgrade dirt fords to rocked fords. Work will include excavation and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
