The project is limited to 1 encroachment. The project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Rowes Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and fire protection and only used as a back-up source. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure and installation of a water meter. Water is diverted via a 20' deep by 4' wide, 250 gallon concrete cistern situated on the bank of the nearby creek.
