The project is limited to four encroachments. The four proposed encroachments are to remediate or decommission encroachments on Class II and III streams. Work for these encroachments will include excavation removal of the failing culverts, shaping of the impacted channels per the Notification, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
