- The project is limited to 4 encroachment. One encroachment is for diversion of water from a cistern to storage for domestic household and cannabis cultivation use. A second encroachment is to install a minimum 24 inch culvert to return a stream to its natural channel. A third encroachment is to replace a 12 inch culvert with a minimum 30 inch culvert. A fourth encroachment is to allow maintenance of an outflow from a lined pond. Work for the projects will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The Permittee has disclosed a ground water well.
