- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0332-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Reuben Valdivia. The project is limited to one encroachment. Encroachment 1 is for water diversion from an unnamed Class III tributary to Blue Slide Creek. Water is diverted for irrigation use. Work for the water diversion includes use and maintenance of water diversion infrastructure, which consists of an existing 16" diameter spring box
