Document Description
The project is limited to 4 encroachments. One encroachment is a water diversion from a Class II watercourse through a 2 inch PVC pipe to storage for domestic household and cannabis and cultivation use. A second encroachment is to replace an existing undersized 24 inch culvert with a minimum 42 inch culvert. A third encroachment is to replace a failing 24-inch culvert with the same appropriately sized 24-inch culvert. A fourth encroachment is to replace a failing and undersized 12 inch culvert with a minimum 18 inch culvert. Work for the water diversion and stream crossing will include use and maintenance of the diversion infrastructure.
