Project consists of 1 encroachment(s): The 1 encroachment is to upgrade a failing and undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment is to upgrade a failing and undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. the Permittee has disclosed the use of seven (7) gallons per minute of water for domestic and agriculture use from a 140 ft. deep water well located at 39.3169 N, - 123.0195 W. No other water sources or diversions were disclosed.
